Welcome to Kariboo!

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Kariboo application ("Application"), owned and operated by Immola LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

User Eligibility

The Application is intended for use by individuals who are at least 18 years of age. By using the Application, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

Breaching or attempting to breach the Application's security systems.

All content available through the Application is the property of the Company or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws. The Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Application and its content for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms.

The Company disclaims all warranties, including the warranty of merchantability, non-infringement of third parties' rights, and the warranty of fitness for a particular purpose. The Company will not be liable for any damages resulting from your use of the Application.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the Application will be governed by the laws of the State of California.
